Information and Conditions

Deposit and Payment

  • Our puppies are priced at $1500 - 2000.  Ask us about breeding rights and acquiring registration. A $300 non refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy.  WE WILL NOT HOLD A PUPPY WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. By placing a deposit you agree that the puppy of your choice will be reserved and will be unavailable to other interested parties. This deposit is also our guarantee that you will be purchasing the puppy specified; therefore, the deposit is non refundable.  If for any reason, the buyer decides to cancel their confirmed reservation, the $300 deposit is non refundable.

  • Deposits can be  Cash, personal checks (with waiting period) ,  are accepted.  You can also use Zelle, an online/mobile option that is free and is available in most banks that needs only a mobile phone number. You have to enroll in Zelle at your bank to be able to use this option. Kindly inform us of the payment option you would like to use so that you may be advised of the details. Please bring CASH  when paying for the puppy's remaining balance at pick up.   If you cannot bring cash please pay the full balance at time of the deposit. Due to limited phone signal  Zelle confirmations cannot be accessed or sometimes there's a lag so I cannot let a puppy leave without confirmation . Please understand we cannot accept out of town checks at time of pick up.

  • No puppies will be allowed to leave unless 8 weeks of age. You will be notified when your puppy is ready to come to his/her new home. If puppy is not picked up at 8 weeks of age there will be a $ 25.00 per day  boarding charge that will be added to the cost of your puppy. Puppies will remain with us until fully paid for. If we do not hear from you and arrangements are not made after notification, we will assume that you no longer want the puppy and it will be sold to someone else. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

Conditions of Sale

  • ​All puppies have a litter registration form and we will mail it to you when we receive proof that the puppy is spayed or neutered.

  • Puppies  are PLL and SCA clear by parentage.

  • Puppies will have their tails docked and dew claws removed.

  • Puppies will be wormed starting at 2 weeks of age and will continue every 2 weeks while in our care. 

  • Puppies will receive appropriate vaccinations while in our care.

  • Puppies are microchipped. 

  • Puppies will have received a health check from the vet at 7 weeks of age.

  • Puppy will come with a health record stating shots and wormings received. Puppy will also have a copy of the  vet health exam. Any/all imperfections, if present, will be noted  in the said vet health exam. Puppies that are placed with breeder/buyer with acknowledged imperfections, ex. under/overbites, are "SOLD AS IS" and will be stated in writing that both parties are aware of the imperfections.

  • The buyer agrees to take the puppy to a licensed and certified veterinarian within 3 days of pick up or discharge and further agrees to send us a copy of said proof of exam within 7 days from the date it was performed or the health guarantee is VOIDED. If said puppy is other than healthy , contact the breeder as soon as possible and the puppy could possibly be returned to the breeder immediately and the puppy could  be replaced.   Breeder has the right to ask for a 2nd opinion by a licensed vet  before replacement. Replacement will be made only after examination from Buyer's Vet and a written statement is forwarded to Breeder's Vet  for the replacement of another puppy of equal value. Buyer also has the option to wait for another litter if they so desire. Breeder is NOT responsible for shipping charges or any vet bills once the puppy leaves our care. Breeder does not assume any liability for any injury of said puppy after delivery.

  • The said puppy is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of birth against genetic/congenital defects that could affect the puppy's quality of life. This health guarantee does not include routine puppy preventative care such as vaccinations, wormings, flea prevention/treatment, poisoning, neglect, malnutrition, abuse, stress induced skin conditions, tolerance to environmental conditions or other conditions due to lack of preventative care. Minor issues like diarrhea , coccidiosis, wormy stools, etc. are common and is not covered by this guarantee either. We make every effort  to make sure your puppy is as healthy as he /she could be.

  • Physical attributes such as ear set, coat at maturity or bites are impossible to predict when puppies are purchased at age 8-10 weeks. Standing ears, body and leg freckles are cosmetic. Legs that are slightly less than straight is still common in this breed and will not qualify for return or replacement. There is no guarantee on final adult height. There is no way to guarantee that puppies purchased will continue to mature as anticipated, as there are many factors that can alter a puppy's development. We do not guarantee breeding quality or ability to breed.

  • If for some reason you find yourself unable to care for or keep this puppy  please return the dog to us along with the registration papers and current vaccination records and we will rehome him/her with a loving family.
